- Produce and oversee high-quality multimedia content including advertorials, webinars, and white papers.
- Lead creative direction to deliver engaging, insight-driven content aligned with brand and audience needs.
- Manage internal and external production resources to ensure timely delivery of content.
- Work directly with clients to understand objectives and translate them into effective content solutions.
- Collaborate with editorial teams to maintain alignment with broader defence and industry themes.
- Strong experience in commercial content development across multiple formats, including video.
- Exceptional copywriting and editing ability, turning complex information into compelling narratives.
- Solid understanding of digital media, content marketing, SEO and the evolving search landscape.
- Experience working in B2B environments, ideally within defence or a technical sector.
- Creative, proactive, and able to generate new concepts for proposals and content campaigns.
