About the Role

As a Social Strategist, you'll be the cultural pulse-checker and strategic lead behind social-first thinking. You'll dive deep into audience insights, emerging trends, media behaviours, and technological shifts to shape strategic recommendations that drive impactful, culturally resonant work.

You'll guide creators, producers, and creative specialists to deliver high-performing social campaigns, while collaborating closely with cross-discipline partners. You'll also play a key client-facing role - helping brands navigate the fast-moving world of social and setting them up for both short- and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop practical, effective social strategies aligned with broader brand and marketing goals.

  • Deliver actionable, data-led insights rooted in audience behaviour, culture, and community.

  • Write and lead creative briefs, guiding teams toward best-in-class social creative.

  • Oversee social reporting and ensure high-quality performance across all platforms, implementing KPI and measurement frameworks.

  • Support and facilitate creative brainstorms using timely cultural and audience-led research.

  • Contribute to new business opportunities and pitches by providing strategic and cultural insight.

About You
  • You have a deep understanding of the social and creator landscape.

  • You bring at least 4 years' experience in a social-focused or creative environment, working across ongoing and project-based brand initiatives.

  • You have excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail across all written and visual materials.

  • You collaborate naturally and build rapport quickly.

  • You're ambitious, proactive, and solutions-driven.

  • You thrive in a fast-moving environment and enjoy working with agility.
