Job summary

- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and professionalism.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced LCV or HGV Technician to join a forward-thinking commercial vehicle business during an exciting phase of growth.
With a brand-new, purpose-built workshop being developed and demand continuing to rise, the business is investing heavily in its staff and facilities.
This role will be tailored to the individual — whether you prefer a workshop-based position or a mobile role, you'll be joining a company that values skill, initiative, and long-term commitment.
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a range of LCVs or HGVs
- Performing diagnostics and fault-finding using the latest technology
- Preparing vehicles for MOT and ensuring all work meets compliance standards
- Completing job cards and service documentation accurately
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and professionalism
- Qualified LCV or HGV Technician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent preferred)
- Previous experience in a commercial vehicle workshop or mobile role
- Strong diagnostic and repair capabilities
- Full UK driving licence
- Reliable, proactive, and committed to delivering quality work
- Salary: £15-£19 per hour DOE (£35,000-£45,000pa)
- Overtime: Paid at 1.5x rate
- Holidays: 21 days plus bank holidays
- Private healthcare
- Hours (Workshop): Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays 8am-12pm
- Hours (Mobile): Monday-Friday, choice of 5am-2pm or 6am-3pm (up to £18ph max)
