Job description

Overview

Our Motor Trade Client is an Accident Repair Centre based in Hereford and they require an experienced MET Technician / Strip Fit Technician to join their busy team of Bodyshop productives.

You are required to work 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, plus plenty of optional overtime available.

Typical duties

• Diagnosing, repairing and maintaining vehicles in line with our Client's high standards
• Competent at dealing with damaged parts, and overall parts stock management
• Familiarity with the skills, knowledge and techniques required to be successful in the role
• To identify additional repair work and liaise with the bodyshop advisor
• Communicating effectively with other team members
• Carry out quality controls

Requirements

• Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• ATA qualification would be beneficial
• Experience as a MET Technician within an accident repair centre
• A UK Driving Licence is essential

For your hard work as a MET Technician / Strip Fit Technician for our client you will be paid up to £48,000 with an OTE circa of £48,000.
