Overview

SRG is working with a pharmaceutical company in Loughborough. We are looking for a QC Technician to join the team on a 6 month rolling contract. This isn’t a technical role as you will be involved with inspecting finished products and dealing with the QC documentation.

Job Title: Hard Goods Quality Control Technician

Vacancy type: Temporary Contract (6 Months Rolling*)

Area: Loughborough

Salary: £12.50/hour (37.5 hours a week)

This role should be treated as an office-based role. The successful candidate will be visually inspecting finished products ensuring they are within GMP guidelines and fit for dispatch. You will be working to GMP and following safety regulations, filling in paperwork, reviewing errors and reporting non-conformity's.

Responsibilities
  • Conducting inspections on finished products to ensure they are to specification.
  • Working on GMP documentation and monitoring the quality of produced goods.
  • Reporting deviations and escalating problems to the relevant departments.
  • Represent the department in a professional manner as and when required, when interacting with both internal and external customers and regulators.
  • Establish continuous improvement as part of normal everyday work.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree within science or an apprenticeship qualification within science, production or quality.
  • Great attention to detail is essential!
  • Great organisation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
