An Automotive Recruitment Agency based in York is seeking an experienced MET Technician/Fitter. The role offers a competitive salary of up to £54,600 per year, with OTE circa £59,000. The successful candidate will diagnose and repair vehicles, maintain high standards, and identify additional work. Education
Our Motor Trade Client is an Accident Repair Centre, based in York and they require an experienced MET Technician / Fitter to join their busy team of bodyshop productives.
- Competitive basic salary of £54,600 per year
- Working hours: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
- 1 in 2 Saturday mornings depending on business needs

- To identify additional repair work and liaise with the bodyshop advisor
- Communicating effectively with other team members
- Carry out quality controls
- Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- ATA qualification would be beneficial
- Experience as a MET Technician within an Accident Repair Centre
For your hard work as a MET Technician / Fitter for our client you will be paid up to £54,600 with OTE circa £59,000.
