Early Years Lecturer, Temporary (Potential for Permanent). Location: Gloucestershire. Based at a well-regarded, Ofsted-rated Good college campus in the county.

Role Overview: We are working with a leading further education provider in Gloucestershire to recruit a qualified Early Years Lecturer. This is a temporary role to cover permanent recruitment, with potential for a long-term or permanent opportunity.

• Planning, preparing, and delivering lessons for Level 1–3 Early Years courses.
• Marking and assessing student work and providing constructive feedback.
• Supporting students in achieving their learning goals.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the Early Years curriculum and sector requirements.

• Minimum requirement: Level 3 qualification in Early Years.
• Ideally educated to degree level in Early Years or a related subject.
• Teaching Qualification (TQ) and Assessor Award highly desirable.
• Industry experience within Early Years settings strongly preferred.
• Confident in delivering the Early Years syllabus to post-16 learners.
