The ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines with a good knowledge of regulations, cost control and risk management. is required.

Experience in roof surveying and estimating is essential, along with driving license.

SMSTS, CSCS, first aid and working at height advantageous but not essential as training can be arranged
