All colleagues within the College contribute to the success of our students and we actively work to eliminate any barriers at work, ensuring you have the opportunity to thrive., We have an exciting opportunity for a Study Skills Mentor to join our college community and play a key role in supporting students with identified learning needs, including those with EHCPs.

In this role, you'll deliver targeted study skills sessions and introduce assistive technologies to help remove barriers to learning and promote independence.

You’ll work closely with curriculum and support teams to create a joined-up approach to student support, contributing to a positive, inclusive learning environment.

This is a student-focused role that requires strong communication, adaptability, and a commitment to empowering learners to succeed.

We have four main sites across the city with state-of-the-art facilities. Further future investment in our estates is now allowing us to provide the best possible outcomes for our students and local communities, delivered by our fantastic community of colleagues.
