A nationwide contractor is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee multiple fit-out and small build projects across the UK. This role involves managing client relationships and leading project teams to ensure successful project delivery. Ideal candidates will have contracts management experience within construction, a strong understanding of fit-out projects, and ambition for long-term career progression. The position offers a salary between £60,000 - £72,000, a company car or allowance, and excellent benefits and opportunities for advancement.

MCG Construction are proud to be representing our client, a leading nationwide contractor who specialise in leisure and retail fit out, with additional expertise across healthcare, education, and small works projects. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a forward-thinking Contracts Manager on a permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional who wants to take the next step in their career, working with a contractor delivering projects typically valued up to £2-5M.
As Contracts Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards. You will work closely with clients, site teams and subcontractors to drive successful outcomes across a variety of sectors.
