Position Overview

The Manager, Global Solutions Consulting is a leadership role responsible for setting the strategic direction, operational excellence, and talent development of Multiplier's Solutions Consulting organization. This individual will lead a global team of high-impact Solutions Consultants who partner with sales, product, and engineering teams to articulate and demonstrate the value of our platform to prospective and existing customers.

This role demands a visionary, hands-on leader who can scale team capabilities, build repeatable, effective processes, and cultivate cross-functional collaboration to drive sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & Execution

  • Define and execute the global strategy for the Solutions Consulting function, aligning with company growth goals and GTM priorities.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure technical alignment, product-market fit, and effective value articulation.

2. Talent Development & Team Building

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing global team of Solutions Consultants across regions.
  • Build a strong bench of talent through structured onboarding, ongoing coaching, and career pathing frameworks.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous learning.

3. Scalable Process & Operational Excellence

  • Design and implement scalable, repeatable presales processes and tools that enable efficient execution and consistent customer experience.
  • Establish global best practices in discovery, demo delivery, RFP responses, solution design, and proof-of-concept development.

4. Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Act as a strategic partner to Product and Engineering by sharing market intelligence and customer feedback to influence product roadmap and prioritization.
  • Participate in product release readiness, helping translate technical features into compelling customer narratives.

5. Metrics & Performance Management

  • Own and report on KPIs that measure team productivity, deal impact, conversion rates, and solution adoption.
  • Leverage data to assess team capacity, forecast needs, and continuously improve performance and alignment to revenue targets.
Key Metrics of Success
  • Win Rate Impact: Solutions Consulting's influence on pipeline conversion and ACV growth.
  • Time-to-Productivity: Onboarding and ramp time for new team members.
  • Engagement: Internal team satisfaction and retention metrics.
  • Efficiency: Average deal cycle time and solutioning effort per opportunity.
  • Cross-functional Outcomes: Product enhancement inputs and customer feedback loop closure rates.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years in presales, solutions consulting, or technical sales roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling global presales teams in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of HCM, global payroll, or enterprise SaaS solution selling is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in building scalable process infrastructure and operational rigor.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator, comfortable navigating across technical and executive audiences.
