Job summary
A staffing agency is recruiting for a Site Administrator to support a remote construction project on the west coast of Scotland. The successful candidate will manage documentation, ensure site records are accurate, and assist the Site Management team. Experience in site administration is preferred, but all applicants will be considered. Competitive hourly rate and on-site accommodation provided.

- Supporting the Site Management team with daily paperwork and reporting tasks.

About the Role:
Our client is looking for an organised and proactive individual to support day-to-day site operations. While previous experience in site administration or a similar role is preferred, all applicants will be considered.
- Managing and maintaining project documentation.
- Ensuring accuracy and up-to-date site drawings and records, filing and archiving old revisions.
- Supporting the Site Management team with daily paperwork and reporting tasks.
- Previous experience working with MS software packages.
- Monday to Thursday: 8.00am – 5:00pm
- Early finish on Fridays!

- This is a 16 month contract with the potential of extension.
- On site accommodation and meals are provided due to the remote location
