A professional service company in the United Kingdom is seeking a Receptionist / Telephone Handler to be the first point of contact for all incoming calls. The ideal candidate will ensure callers receive friendly and efficient service, representing the company with professionalism. Responsibilities include answering calls, assisting with enquiries, and taking detailed messages. The candidate should have experience in call handling, excellent spoken English, and strong interpersonal skills.
Qualificações
- Previous experience in call handling or as a receptionist in a professional setting.
- Excellent spoken English with a soft or neutral accent.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
