A leading HR and Payroll tech company is looking for an HR & Payroll Implementation Consultant to deliver training and manage client implementations. You will ensure clients are equipped with the necessary skills to use our software efficiently. Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of training experience, an understanding of payroll legislative requirements, and outstanding communication skills. This remote role offers flexibility and benefits including generous paternity leave and employee share options.

Employment Hero provides a HR, payroll and benefits software-as-a-service platform to small and medium-sized businesses.
HR & Payroll Implementation Consultants are responsible for gathering information, creating and delivering training to our customers to ensure they have the knowledge and skills required to proficiently operate and administer our software. You will be a primary contact point for customers during training of implementations across both Employment Hero and Employment Hero Payroll.
This role is challenging. Many of our customers are not experts in payroll processing, HR or legislative requirements. You will be managing many projects at any one time. Our platform and our business are constantly changing. To be successful, you will need to communicate effectively, influence stakeholders, prioritise tasks, and drive outcomes.
