Are you a Business Development / Sales Manager with experience in Heavy Plant / Construction? We are offering an excellent opportunity to join an industry-leading organization with strong earning potential.

Our client has built a reputation for unrivalled product knowledge and first-class service within the construction rental industry for over forty-five years. They operate a fleet of over 200 machines, including dump trucks (25–60 tonnes), loading shovels (16–36 tonnes), material handlers, excavators, and tracked dozers.

As part of further expansion, they are looking to attract an experienced Business Development Manager or Commercial Manager. This is a home-based role, ideally located in areas such as Peterborough, Leicester, Nottingham, Northampton, Grantham, or Loughborough.

1. Spearheading the company's growth by generating new business.
2. Managing key accounts to ensure they remain at the industry's forefront.
3. Contributing to the company's ambitious growth plans.
4. Maximizing earnings through a highly competitive, uncapped commission structure.
