Job summary
A national loss adjusting practice is seeking a Regional Adjuster Manager to lead a team of home-based property adjusters in the South of England. Responsibilities include managing reports, loss allocations, and mentoring while handling complex cases. Ideal candidates are A / FCILA qualified and possess managerial experience. This role offers a competitive salary up to £75,000 plus benefits including a bonus, car, and private medical care.

Skills
Education
- Expanding national loss adjusting practice seeks to strengthen its management team through the appointment of a Regional Adjuster Manager for the South.
- You will be responsible for a small, but developing, team of home‑based property adjusters handling a mix of domestic, high net worth and commercial losses throughout the broad south of England.
- You will report to the Operations Director and oversee report writing, loss allocation, training, mentoring, recruitment, SLAs etc whilst handling a smaller caseload of the larger and more complex losses.
- Candidates will ideally be A / FCILA qualified with current or past managerial experience although our client would also entertain applications from Senior Adjusters seeking to take on a first managerial appointment.
- You will be home‑based and will ideally live in the southern Home Counties (Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex, Kent).
Basic salary to £75,000 plus bonus, car, pension, private medical care and 25 days holiday.
