A national commercial cleaning business is seeking a Business Development Director to join their team in Manchester. This remote role involves building relationships with decision makers and selling cleaning services and equipment. A growing national commercial cleaning business of 50 + years islooking to recruit aBusiness Development Directorto join its growing team. This business are in serious growth mode after some exciting large FM client acquisitions at blue chip level, and some eye catching end users wins too.
Salary range is dependent on experience but will be circa 60k base+ car package + an uncapped OTE that is seeing the team earn on average an additional £25, 000 / £40, 000 a year on top.
This organisation work extensively across the UK with both FM providers and end users.
You will be providing services such as Commercial Cleaning Machines, Robotics, service and maintenance contracts. Your client list will be the likes of : NHS, OCS Facilities, Samsic, national retailers, national restaurant chains, Tesco, M&S, large warehouse and distribution facilities, education establishments and more.
Your remit will be to build relationships with decision makers such as : Facilities Managers, Estates Managers, Health and Safety Managers, Procurement Managers, Compliance Managers, or Finance or Managing Directors depending on the business. You will be a natural hunter of new business and will excel at winning work and influencing people. You will be a strong negotiator, rapport builder, and will be extremely target driven.
You will be home based, covering a regionalpatch, and will be able to identify end user clients and service providers, and will be experienced at selling cleaning / cleaning equipmentrelatedservices.
