Job summary
A leading training provider is seeking an experienced Early Years Assessor to manage a caseload of apprenticeship learners. This is a home-based role with flexible working options. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in a Nursery setting and a UK driving license. This position offers a competitive salary between £28k and £33k annually, alongside full travel expenses and comprehensive leave benefits.

You will be managing a caseload of Early Years apprenticeship learners (including Functional Skills), both remotely (via telephone, video, email) and visits to the learner in their place of work. Providing mentorship and coaching to the learner through to completion of their Early Years apprenticeship qualification.
- At least 3 years experience as a Deputy Manager or higher in a Nursery setting (for unqualified assessor applicants)
- UK driving license and use of own transport
- Home Based - covering Watford and the surrounding area
- A mixture of home working/remote and visiting learners in their place of work
