The role
- Responsible for handling your own caseload of residential sales and purchases, to include both freehold and leasehold
- Preparing SDLT forms and preparing other transactions
- Providing an excellent level of client care at all times
- Liaising with clients and third parties
- Supporting other members of the team
The ideal candidates
- (Role 1 )conveyancer 1-2year experience handling your own caseload
- ( Role 2) Conveyancer 2-4year or more experience running own caseload - must have excellent communicational skills and attention to detail
