A Local Authority in Greater Manchester is seeking a Locum Childcare Lawyer for a 3-month position with potential for extension. Duties may include:
- Managing a busy and varied caseload of Childcare cases to include all pre-proceedings
- Represent the Council at the Family Court when required
- Provide specialist Childcare services and policy advice with an emphasis on the conduct of Public Law Litigation for the protection of children
- Advising client departments on complex issues concerning Childcare Law matters
