- 5+ years professional mobile engineering experience, shipping native apps at scale on Android.
- Deep proficiency in Kotlin and related technologies.
- Knowledge of OAuth2.0 and security design patterns.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain mobile applications for Android platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality products.
- Implement backend API connections as necessary.
Skills
Our client works on very challenging and exciting projects and is looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer – Android
- 5+ years professional mobile engineering experience, shipping native apps at scale on Android
- Deep proficiency in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose/Views, Foreground services, Coroutines/Flow, Firebase, Git, REST
- Experience with Progressive Web Apps (JS).
- Knowledge of OAuth2.0, Keychain and security design patterns.
- Experience working with push notifications, biometrics, camera, GPS, WebViews.
- Prior work with Kotlin Multiplatform or other native/multiplatform mobile development experience.
- Some experience with implementing backend API, preferably Python/FastAPI.
- Duration: Long term contract (B2B)
- Workload: Remote
