Job Summary
To act as the Quality Administrator of the company’s quality processes and perform administration of duties within quality assurance and risk function of the company. This role focuses on providing administrative support to the Quality Assurance Department, primarily day‑to‑day QA and compliance tasks.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Quality Department and assist with general administration requests.
- Prepare data for clinical auditors.
- Record incidents, complaints, information governance breaches and liaise with departments for responses.
- Communicate findings, draft complaint responses to patients and GPs.
- Investigate complaints, incidents and safeguarding events and elevate to appropriate heads when required.
- Monitor the quality inbox and ensure all requests are actioned correctly.
- Record non‑conformances/opportunities identified in the learning process.
- Complete ad‑hoc tasks requested by management.
- Support preparation for external quality audits (ISO, BSE, CQC).
- Action 2nd opinions and GP queries with clinical advisors.
- Assist the operations manager with clinical quality concerns, develop learning actions and communicate with team members.
- Facilitate weekly/monthly/quarterly quality meetings, take minutes and help prepare agendas.
