Royal Mail is currently looking at add an experienced Workshop Manager to it’s Chester site. The role also includes several other sites including; Stoke, Wellington, Craven Arms, Aberystwyth and Pwllheli. As the Workshop Manager you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of cultural change. You will be accountable fortheperformance of your Workshop(s) in your area, with specific accountability for delivering performance against all key Maintenance scorecard indicators, including, Safety, Legal, Cost, People and Stakeholder performance measures.

You will be critical to ensuring the delivery of Fleet performance and for meeting the requirements of the Operator in the most efficient and cost-effective way.

For this role you need to be fully qualified to at least advanced level (IMI Level 3) in Light or Heavy vehicle maintenance & repair or an equivalent qualification.
You are an established team leader with relevant Industry knowledge and experience of dispersed maintenance operations.

Because this role requires you to travel, Royal Mail will make a monthly £375 contribution to the rental payments for your chosen Job Needs Car.
