Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Alternative Curriculum Officer to join our team and support students in our KS3 and KS4 internal provision. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young people's lives by helping them overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential.
As an Alternative Curriculum Officer, you will support, guide, and inspire students to re-engage with their learning, ensuring their educational progress and personal development are prioritised. We’re looking for someone with a genuine passion for working with young people—someone who combines empathy with assertiveness and can build strong, positive relationships.
