H & H Heating and Air Conditioning is scouting a part-time HVAC Sales - Lead Rep to meet in the businesses of our Essington, PA customers to offer them the best solutions for their HVAC supply needs. We offer this vital role $16-$19/hour based on experience, and participation in our Sales Performance Incentive Fund (SPIF). Can you contribute to a high company morale? A DAY IN THE LIFE A PART-TIME HVAC SALES - LEAD REP

As an HVAC Sales - Lead Rep, your product knowledge and people skills are the tools of your trade. For every need, you have an intelligent and honest solution. You make sound recommendations based on your knowledge and expertise of the industry. Each time you generate a lead, you accurately input all customer information and estimate schedule to ensure that everything goes smoothly for our customers.

While selling is a lot of fun for you, you also recognize the hard work that is required. In order to be your best, you never miss a staff training or meeting in addition to staying current on product offerings. You are always learning and improving. And, you love seeing your hard work pay off in your paycheck!

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ years of customer service experience is
• Smart cell phone required
• Must be able to work weekend hours
• Able to pass a drug and background check
