Your responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive national sales strategy to secure significant growth within the fleet and truck parking & charging operator sectors. You'll be instrumental in defining our market approach and penetration.
  • Professionally co-ordinate and manage all sales activities across UK, ensuring alignment with global objectives while adapting to local market nuances.
  • Proactively identify, initiate, and successfully cultivate strategic co-operations and partnerships that drive value and expand our market reach.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals. You'll be fully accountable for solution implementation within your assigned countries, ensuring seamless integration and customer satisfaction.
  • Actively monitor and interpret key market impulses, translating them into actionable insights and contributing innovative ideas that challenge the status quo and unlock new opportunities.
  • Conduct continuous and in-depth observation and analysis of the market and competitive landscape. From this analysis, you will derive suitable measures, conceptualize their implementation, and execute them effectively to achieve our ambitious sales and profit targets.
Qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge of logistics, IoT, and platform sales. Your expertise in these areas will be critical to our success in these evolving markets.
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or key account management, ideally within the automotive, logistics, charging infrastructure, or fleet management industries.
  • Deep understanding of the UK markets, including key players, regulatory environments, and customer needs.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into effective business strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • A proactive, self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and as part of a diverse, international team.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within UK.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken). This is crucial for internal communication within our international team and for engaging with global partners.
