• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create exceptional front‑end interfaces.
• Transform system requirements into maintainable, high‑quality code with cross‑functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance and IT policies, delivering robust solutions.
• Design and execute test plans to identify software defects and ensure specifications are met.
• Follow the software development life cycle (SDLC) and CI/CD strategies for seamless deployment.
• Monitor software performance post‑deployment to enhance user experiences.
• Implement new features and fixes in partnership with business stakeholders.
• Continuously improve the codebase and DevOps processes while staying informed on industry trends.
• Share best practices and contribute to team expertise.

This role is a technical, non‑management position, which requires the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in front‑end software engineering and requirements management.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in at least one front‑end framework, preferably React.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Interest in leveraging IT to drive innovation.

• Familiarity with bug tracking tools and version control systems.
• Understanding of Information Security and Operational Excellence.
