A leading security services provider in Telford is seeking an SIA Licensed Security Supervisor to manage the security function at client premises. The role involves supervising the daily security operations, monitoring systems, and ensuring compliance with security policies. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, a valid SIA Front-Line License, and the ability to manage team performance effectively. We are looking for a highly skilled SIA Licensed Security Supervisor in Telford to oversee the performance and upkeep of the security function on one of our esteemed clients’ premises. You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day activities of your team and ensure all colleagues are adhering to their duties and maintaining a high level of professionalism and security presence.
Work – 42hrs per week, 4on/4off days and nights 0530‑1730/1730‑0530
