Job summary

A leading HR consultancy in the UK is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their supportive team in Castleford/Leeds. This generalist role offers exposure to the entire employee lifecycle, including advising on HR matters, supporting recruitment processes, and enhancing employee well-being initiatives. The ideal candidate has over a year of experience in HR, strong employment law knowledge, and excellent communication skills. The position requires on-site presence and travel between multiple locations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in an HR Advisor role.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practice.
