Grounds Maintenance Team Leader Bromsgrove

Full Time 40 Hours Per Week

Who are you?

• Skilled in grounds maintenance with awareness of all Health and Safety legislation
• Excellent communication skills
• Supervisory or leadership experience is advantageous
• A full clean UK driving licence is required to operate ride-on mowers, company vehicles, and tow trailers
• Certification in PA1 & PA6 is desirable

A glimpse into your role

• Assist the Contract Manager and Supervisor in managing programmed maintenance
• Lead by example in grounds maintenance work
• Manage security of vehicles, plant, and equipment
• Complete daily check sheets and related paperwork for smooth operations
• Support and guide the service delivery team, including grounds maintenance operatives
• Monitor staff timekeeping, holidays, and sickness levels
