RICS Surveyor - Wayleave and Easements – Suffolk – Competitive Salary and Benefits Package

The Job:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Wayleave and Easement Surveyor to join a leading infrastructure and land consultancy.
The role involves negotiating land rights, access agreements, wayleaves, and easements for the installation and maintenance of overhead and underground utility assets. You will liaise with landowners, agents, and statutory bodies to secure rights through voluntary agreements and statutory processes, with a particular emphasis on experience in Section 37 consents.

The Candidate:
- Proven experience in wayleave and easement negotiations for utilities (electricity/gas/water/telecoms).
- Strong knowledge of Section 37 applications and consents.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Confidence in negotiating with landowners and managing statutory processes.
- MRICS or similar professional qualification.
- Full UK driving licence.
