Poultry Stockperson – Staffordshire - £31,800 + Accommodation

The Job

An opportunity has arisen for a Poultry Stockperson to join a well-established and respected farming business in Staffordshire. This role involves the full range of stock duties on a free-range chicken farm, including:

1. Rearing table poultry from day-old chicks to depopulation
2. Conducting daily stock checks to ensure health and welfare
3. Maintaining environment and hygiene standards (bedding, feeding, shed cleaning/prep)
4. Driving and operating farm machinery
5. Participating in a weekend and catching rota (approx. 50 hours/week)

This is a practical, hands-on role for someone committed to animal care and farming excellence.
