Job Description
Commercial Property Manager
Location: Dorking
Salary: £40,000 DOE
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00-17:30
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee the smooth operation, maintenance, and financial performance of a varied commercial property portfolio. This role is key to ensuring properties are well-maintained, tenants receive excellent service, and financial targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the commercial property portfolio.
- Ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction and address any issues that arise.
- Oversee property maintenance and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Commercial Property Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of property management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
