What You'll Be Doing
Home Setup & Quality Assurance
  • Work collaboratively with the Responsible Individual to establish and develop a brand-new home
  • Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, therapeutic environment
  • Ensure full compliance with Ofsted, statutory guidance, and internal policies
  • Oversee all daily operations, safeguarding practices, and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain exceptional standards of documentation, reporting, and care delivery
  • Build effective relationships with local authorities to ensure positive placement matching
Leadership & Team Development
  • Provide strong, supportive leadership to your team
  • Conduct regular supervision and manage staff performance
  • Oversee rotas, professional development, and ongoing training
  • Foster a culture of accountability, compassion, and continuous improvement
  • Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
What We're Looking For
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience managing or deputising within a children's residential setting
  • Strong understanding of Ofsted requirements and safeguarding practices
  • A genuine passion for achieving the best outcomes for young people
  • Confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
