A leading care provider is seeking a Health & Safety Manager to lead the health and safety strategy across multiple residential sites. The ideal candidate will be NEBOSH-qualified with strong communication skills and a passion for continuous improvement. You will be integral in creating a proactive safety culture, conducting audits, and supporting managers with risk assessments.
