Role Overview

As Health and Safety Manager, you will lead health and safety operations across a diverse and stimulating organisation. You will manage a small, dedicated team and serve as the subject matter expert, guiding senior leadership on compliance, strategy, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading the health and safety function across all divisions
  • Advising and influencing senior stakeholders on legal compliance and best practices
  • Designing and implementing innovative safety strategies and initiatives
  • Enhancing existing policies, systems, and audit processes
  • Acting as the primary liaison with external authorities and regulatory bodies

This role offers a mix of office, field, and homeworking days, with travel primarily within Kent.
