HSE Production Manager

Location: Stafford

Salary: £50,000 to £55,000 + Pension + Health + Bonus

Shift Pattern: Days 8am - 4.30pm Monday - Friday

Key Skills
  • Strong Leader, 5+ years in a senior production role or HSE role.
  • IOSH – ideally NEBOSH.
  • Experience of Optimising Production processes.
The Role
  • Deliver a zero-accident performance, ensuring HSE requirements are understood and implemented across the site.
  • Act as the person responsible for HSE for the site.
  • Set a high standard and coach & inspire the team to deliver through cultural and behavioural change.
  • Consistently meet delivery targets, working closely with business stakeholders.
  • Execute production plans, optimising required resources.
  • Continuously challenge the status quo, identify and implement opportunities to improve HSE, cost and service.
  • Deputise for the site manager when absent from site.
Competencies Required
  • Excellent understanding of Health & Safety with a passion for promoting a safe working environment.
  • Strong leader with minimum 5 years manufacturing supervisory level or HSE officer/manager experience.
  • Proven track record of operational excellence, driving out waste and increasing productivity.
  • Exceptional organisational, leadership and communication skills aligned with the Bostik way values.
  • A methodical and proactive problem‑solving mentality.
