Graphic Designer (Mid-Weight)
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our highly motivated creative team, primarily to work on the creation of our Paid Media and Digital assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive forward the customer experience and sales potential by developing and executing creative design ideas and visual solutions to meet business objectives.
- Deliver design and supporting artwork in line with the brand look and feel.
- Work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams including buying, Design, Marketing and eCommerce.
- Create digital concept mock-ups and conceptualise ideas with a strong eye for visual execution.
- Undergo the entire digital design process for emails, social and website assets, and presentations.
- Design and develop graphics that fill the brief, are highly original, and stay aligned with brand guidelines and aesthetics.
- Propose new concepts to continue establishing the visual signature across brands.
- Gather research, create mood boards, and generate creative ideas.
- Keep up-to-date with fashion trends and competitor launches.
- Invite and contribute innovative ideas to the team while maintaining brand consistency.
- Ensure timely delivery by managing deadlines and prioritising workload effectively.
- Maintain a high level of detail orientation to guarantee accuracy before sharing with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the commercial and creative vision to ensure impactful output.
Requirements
- Education: Web/Graphic Design or a related qualification.
- Portfolio: Demonstrates strong layout design, typography, and design for digital platforms (iPad, mobile, on‑screen).
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop; Premiere Pro and After Effects essential.
- Strong typography skills are a plus.
- Experience creating impactful social media assets and understanding best practice.
- Ability to adopt our brand aesthetic and guidelines easily while proposing fresh ideas.
- Excellent time‑management skills to meet all deadlines.
- Strong eye for detail and accuracy when reviewing work.
- Commercial and creative mindset that enhances brand performance.
- Proficient in the Adobe CC suite.
- Experience producing video content for social media platforms.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, capable of working with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
- Fast, accurate work pace with resilience and drive to succeed.
- Positive, calm presence under pressure; no diva personalities.
