You’ll work as part of a close‑knit in‑house team, contributing to campaign work and always‑on activity. This role suits a designer who is comfortable working at pace, managing multiple briefs, and taking ownership of execution within a growing brand.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Execution & Design
  • Design digital assets across paid media, website, email/CRM, social (static and motion).
  • Design print assets for various marketing activities from inception to artwork. (Artwork would include product packaging.)
  • Produce and adapt creative for multiple formats, placements, and channels.
  • Support promotions, campaigns, and ongoing commercial activity.
  • Ensure assets meet Facetheory’s brand standards and visual identity.
Collaboration & Workflow
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, e‑commerce, CRM, and social teams.
  • Translate briefs and feedback into efficient, well‑managed iterations.
  • Manage tasks, timelines, and approvals within Monday.com.
  • Maintain organised working files and version control.
Brand Consistency
  • Uphold consistency across all creative outputs.
  • Apply brand guidelines accurately while keeping assets clear, fresh, and effective.
  • Support refinement and rollout of visual updates when required.
Who You Are
  • Commercially minded: You understand how design supports performance and clarity.
  • Fast & organised: Comfortable managing multiple briefs and iterations.
  • Collaborative: You enjoy working within cross‑functional teams.
  • Detail‑oriented: You care about accuracy, consistency, and polish.
  • Clear communicator: You take direction well and respond constructively to feedback.
Requirements
  • 3–6 years’ experience in an in‑house brand or agency graphic design role.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects or Premiere Pro).
  • Strong proficiency in video editing and animation for digital channels.
  • Working knowledge of Figma (preferred but not essential).
  • Experience designing for digital, e‑commerce, and social channels.
  • Experience using Monday.com or similar project management tools (preferred but not essential).
  • Beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brand experience is beneficial but not required.
Why Join Facetheory?
  • Be part of a science‑led, purpose‑driven skincare brand.
  • Permanent, remote role within a UK‑based team.
  • Clear priorities, lean structure, and high ownership.
  • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact across a growing digital business.
