Leading UK financial services company requires a Senior Digital Marketing & Customer Data Analyst to enhance their customer and marketing analytics capabilities. You will join at a key growth point in the organization and work with an existing team of Data Analysts to increase adoption of technology and analytics tools to aid strategic decision-making and increase ROI.

Core Responsibilities:

• Analyze live and historical data to provide insights and recommendations to optimize performance, budget allocation, and ROI across multiple channels to improve conversion rates.
• Analyze various data and factors to recommend the best pricing strategy for the business.
• Conduct detailed analysis and trend reporting to identify patterns and insights that inform long-term business strategies.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer engagement and satisfaction, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Present complex data in an understandable way, demonstrating strong presentation skills.
• Build and manage external relationships with lead-generating partners as required.

Requirements:

• Experience in the Financial Services Industry (Essential)
• Experience working with large data sets, proficiency in Excel and SQL (Essential)
• Experience using Salesforce and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau preferable)
• Degree in a relevant subject (Business, Mathematics, Economics, or similar) (Preferable)
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into insights
• Attention to detail and a process-oriented approach to review, suggest, and implement improvements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment

Profile:

• Experience in the Financial Services Industry (Essential)
