Job summary
A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Demand Planner for a full-time permanent position in Luton. The successful candidate will manage inbound deliveries, develop demand forecasts, and ensure effective inventory control. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and strong supply chain experience. This role offers a salary between GBP28,000 and GBP30,000.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Administration.
- Proven Supply Chain Planner experience.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes including demand forecasting, inventory management, and logistics.

- Monitor and manage inventory levels and conduct regular audits.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Demand Planner based in Luton for one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis.
Salary: GBP28,000 - GBP30,000
Location: Luton
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: Working 5 out of 7 days including weekends
- Plan inbound deliveries to meet customer requirements whilst keeping costs to a minimum.
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels and conduct regular inventory audits.
- Coordinate and liaise with Suppliers and Logistics providers.
- Develop and execute production plans.
- Analyse supply chain performance metrics and prepare reports on KPIs.
- Risk management.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Administration.
- Proven Supply Chain Planner experience.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including demand forecasting, inventory management and logistics.
- Strong IT skills with advanced Excel and proficiency in using supply chain management software (ERP systems).
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail with strong organisational and multitasking skills.
