Reporting to the GB&I Finance Director you will provide analytical and operational finance support to the GB&I market as well as being the main point of contact for the EMEA and Group teams for any finance matters. The role will be based in Malmesbury.

• Oversee the budgeting and quarterly forecasting process within the market. Work closely with the Demand and Sales planning team as well as the GB&I Leadership Team to agree on timelines and deliverables for each part of the P&L
• Work with other members of the market finance team to establish a total market view of volume and profit for the current month. Ensure that Regional leadership are kept informed on current performance.
• Act as the main finance contact for the GB and Ireland audits: collating and supplying evidence to auditors, liaising with internal teams, and responding to operational and process-related queries.
• Business partner Head of marketing with forecasting and spend control
• Business partner with commercial director to drive strategy and delivery of financial results across all direct channels and B2B, including webshop, marketplaces and stores
• Support FD with specific/ ad hoc requests from Global and Regional leadership

• An effective and credible thought partner - commercially minded with a good grasp of key financial drivers and strong contract management skills.

• A team player with a positive, ‘will do’ attitude
• The ability to operate in a fast moving environment where plans often change on a weekly or even daily basis
• Good communication skills with the ability to make Financial information accessible to non-Financial leads
• Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritise workload and ability to work to strict deadlines

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 5+ years experience in Commercial/FP&A roles
• Previous experience of managing a budget process
