A leading corporate events company is seeking an Events Executive based in London. This role involves coordinating internal and external events, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring effective budget management. The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences. Responsibilities include event planning, logistical coordination, on-site support, and reporting on event performance. This position may require working outside of standard hours based on event needs.
This position will be based out of our 5HP Victoria office. The Events Executive will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of Informa's internal corporate events, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standards. This position involves working closely with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to manage event logistics, budgets, and operations. The Events Executive will contribute to the success of Informa's corporate events by delivering exceptional experiences for colleagues and external attendees. This role is ideal for a highly organised and detail‑oriented individual with a passion for events and a commitment to excellence.
Any adhoc activities as required. Due to the nature of the role - sometimes working outside usual '9‑5' hours due to events being outside of these hours will be required.
