Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the point of contact for incoming event enquiries, providing exceptional client care and support.
  • Conduct site tours of the hotel, showcasing event spaces and discussing room specifications, as well as coordinating recces with clients.
  • Organise catering requirements and liaise effectively with suppliers to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Manage and resolve any issues or special requests that arise during events with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain thorough and organised event administration, ensuring all details are accurately documented.
  • Oversee event‑related invoicing and manage expenses in line with budgetary guidelines.
  • Adhere strictly to Health and Safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for all guests and staff.
