The Role:

The Retail Clerk position requires associates to handle basic cashiering functions, provide guest "product knowledge" of merchandise, and cleaning and stocking sales-floor.

Responsibilities:

• Complete all transactions accurately and in a timely fashion.


• Associate must have excellent "Guest Service" skills.


• Basic cashiering functions.


• Responsible for being knowledgeable of daily events, promotions, and offers, and capable of explaining these programs to the players in a clear and concise manner.


• Ensure that all areas are stocked and straight before leaving at the end of the shift.


• Responsible for all functions of the register.


• Clean and organize sales floor as needed.


• Other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Computer and Micros knowledge.


• Strong guest service and organizational skills.


• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.


• Knowledge of basic cashiering functions.


• Ability to work independently.

Physical/Mental Requirements:

• Frequent loading and /or lifting up to 50 lbs.; sitting, standing, walking up to 1000 ft.; using eye/ hand coordination, handling, and wrist motion.

Working Conditions:

• Mostly indoors and generally climate-controlled environment, occasionally outdoors.


• Noise, smoke, and odors.
