- Previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer or Recruitment Agency Resourcer.
- Detailed understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
Responsabilités
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Consultants to develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Utilize various channels to engage with potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of candidates.
- Conduct thorough screening of candidates.
