Job description

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests’ safety is the main consideration at all times.
• Provide a friendly and courteous service to encourage membership of the club and maximize service opportunities for guests.
• Create and take advantage of sales opportunities to maximize club revenue; answer telephones promptly and correctly to reduce guest frustration.
• Assist the Leisure Club Manager with general club administration.
• Carry out water quality tests and react to results.
• Maintain cleanliness of the club and changing facilities at all times.
• Open and close the club in accordance with club procedures.
• Be responsible for monies taken, tills cashed up and placed in safe in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Ensure general day-to-day operations are completed to guarantee smooth and efficient running of the club.
• Perform any reasonable task asked by the Leisure Club Manager, supervisor, senior hotel employees and colleagues.
