Job summary
A leading low-cost airline in the UK is seeking a Training Planning Officer to manage Pilot and Cabin Crew training rosters. The ideal candidate will have operational experience in the airline sector, a keen analytical mindset, and proficiency in AIMS Crew Tracking systems. Key responsibilities include producing training rosters, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations, and collaborating with various teams. The role offers a hybrid working model and up to 20% bonus, 25 days of leave, and various flexible benefits.

Qualifications
- Experience in a planning or operational delivery environment, ideally within an airline.
- Detailed understanding of pilot and cabin crew training footprints.
- Knowledge of EASA FTL, Fatigue Risk Management, or other crew compliance regulations.
Responsibilities
- Plan and maintain easyJet’s Pilot and Cabin Crew training rosters.
- Produce and maintain training rosters in line with agreements.
- Generate training-related statistics and reports.
