Plans, schedules, and monitors the movement of material through the production cycle. Determines material requirements from engineering and production schedules. Coordinates the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production, and engineering. Develops specifications for new contract orders. Responsible for procurement business system data input and integrity; creates and maintains bills of material and parts/commodities numbers in supply chain management or other enterprisewide systems.

Experience Level with Business Tools

• Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 5 years of related experience or Master's Degree with 3 years of related experience.
