A community support organization in the United Kingdom is looking for an Accounts and Admin Officer to manage financial and administrative operations. This role includes ensuring compliance with policies, maintaining financial records, and providing logistical support for program implementation. Ideal candidates will have strong accounting knowledge, proficiency in Tally ERP 9, and strong analytical skills. This position contributes to empowering children and youth with disabilities.

Directly reportable to Head of Finance/Finance Manager & Indirectly reportable to Project Coordinator/Project Focal.
Ashraf Foundation was established in the year 1991 by a group of young men and women aimed at helping the poor and underprivileged peoples of the society to improve their overall socio-economic status. Ashraf Foundation is going to implement a project named "The Meaningful Participation and Inclusion of Children and Youth with Disabilities in All Domains of Community-Based Rehabilitation (CBR)" in Jashore district which is financially and technically supported by the Lilian Fonds and Centre for Disability in Development (CDD). This collaboration between the Lilian Fonds and CDD highlights the importance of empowering Children and Youth with Disabilities and integrating their needs into mainstream community development. By addressing barriers and fostering inclusion, the project will contribute to building more equitable and accessible societies.
The Accounts and Admin Officer will be responsible for managing financial and administrative operations for the program. This includes ensuring compliance with organizational policies, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth program implementation. The role also involves fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace environment aligned with the program's mission to empower children and youth with disabilities.
Ashraf Foundation/ PO reserves the right to terminate Accounts & Admin Officer at any time with the consultation of the SPO as per HR policy.
